    This elegant French Empire style secretary desk is a superb example of the cabinetmakers' art as practiced during the 
Napoleonic Empire period of the early 19th century.  A magnificent hand crafted piece, it is finely executed of solid wood,
 finished with gorgeous matched burl veneers and trimmed with accents of rich brass Ormolu.  Featuring three drawers,   
it is aptly crowned with a solid piece of gorgeous Verdi marble that has been polished to perfection. This fabulous French Empire secretary is not only stunningly beautiful but its size and design offers a great deal of versatility in its placement.  It would make
a wonderful addition to your master suite or would be perfect for use in a hallway, entry or another bedroom in your home.
